Allocate+

Allocate+ is an online allocation system, which can be accessed from any computer in the world that has Internet access. As a student, you are able to browse available timeslots for all enrolled activities and specify your personal preferences for timeslots that you would like to attend.

Allocate+ is not a first come/first served system. Your preferences are collected, ranked, randomised and sorted. After completion of the sort, you will be provided with a clash free timetable.

What do I need to do?

To be able to access Allocate+, you will need an authcate account. If you do not have an authcate account, register here for a new account.

Once Allocate+ is open in Preference Entry mode, you should browse available timeslots for all enrolled activities and specify your personal preferences for timeslots that you would like to attend. See Important Dates, to find out when the system is open in this mode.

Your preferences are collected, ranked, randomised and sorted. Once Allocate+ is open in Allocation Adjustment mode, you may view your clash free timetable. If you are not happy with your allocation, or have not been allocated to an activity, you may choose from available remaining timeslots for an instant allocation.

Enrolment/Re-enrolment

You will need to have enrolled/re-enrolled via WES before you will be able to use Allocate+. Once enrolled, your units and associated activities will display in Allocate+ immediately.
